We ensure that every transaction at our website is smooth. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. As a policy, we do not entertain returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition. A product is only eligible for return under the following conditions-
- A wrong product has been delivered
- If the product is received in a damaged condition

Return & Cancellation Process
- Our return policy is applicable within 24 hours from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Damaged product delivered, or incorrect product has been delivered. Further, in case the product delivered is in the damaged condition time frame for raising the return request is 24 hours. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. You can reach us at info@khogo.in to initiate a return.
- Please send us 2 images (one of the damaged part and one of the entire product) of the product for us to ascertain the reason for return. You can send us the images at info@khogo.in from where our team will check the details in reference to its eligibility for return.
- We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 working days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, our delivery partners will pickup the product. Once the product is received at our warehouse, we would dispatch the fresh product.
- Once the product is back at our warehouse, our team will check it and the refund process will get initiated within 2-3 days of receiving it. It will then reflect in your bank account.
Cancellation Policy – After having placed their order, customers may cancel their order only if the order has not been dispatched yet. We do not accept any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Points to remember – Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, bar codes, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice, etc. The product should be unused and in the original condition.
Refunds
- All refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days of receiving the product back at our warehouse. Prepaid orders will be refunded back directly into your account. Please allow 3-7 working days for the same.
