Shipping policy

We ship all our packages through major logistics companies. We take special care of packaging for our orders.

Delivery

Orders over ₹499 will receive free shipping in India (only if you pay using online method). We charge ₹90 as shipping fee if you select CoD as your payment method. If your order is below ₹499, we charge ₹45 as shipping fee (only if you pay using online method). For International orders, we charge ₹499 as shipping fee.

All orders are handled by our logistics partners. Tracking details and Partner details for your orders are automatically updated under ORDERS in your account.

Our orders are generally delivered between 3-7 days from the date of dispatch, however we do not commit the exact timeline as it may vary depending upon the delivery location.

Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will ensure a faster and better delivery. In case your package is being returned to us, let us know at info@khogo.in or at +91 8108130009 for us to resend it as soon as we receive it. Please note the customer will need to pay extra delivery charges in case he wants the delivery to attempted again after the product has been returned to us.
